Elyon Healthcare was founded by two directors from a medical and nursing background. Their main aim was to bring good healthcare services in the community to ensure that service users receive care that is reliable and accesible.
Over the last few year Elyon Healthcare has become is a leading provider for a comprehensive range of Home Care Services to children (0 – 17years), adults (between 18-65years) and older adults (over 65 years of age). We provide these services to people with mental health problems; physical disabilities; sensory impairments; learning disabilities; dementia; those who are ill (both recovering and terminally ill), those who are elderly/frail and much more.
We operate a well led and well-structured service delivered by our network of managers, trainers and nurses working with our carers to ensure delivery of person centred quality care which meets our standards and brings a quality outcome for the people we care for. Our service are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are proud of the fact we comply to the guidance they set.
Our aim is to help individuals experience a better quality of life in an environment that’s safe, comfortable and familiar, offering short and long term packages for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our founding directors have extensive experience working in the NHS and bring practical skills and knowledge on how to promote independence at home without depriving yourself of best practice.
We understand choosing care for yourself or a loved one is a difficult process, which is why our supportive management team is on hand to answer any questions you may have so we can develop a tailor-made home care package to suit your individual needs and requirements.
